Who are we?

Craig Read left Westlake Boys High School at the age of 17 to take up a Building Apprencticeship with one of the North Shore's highly respected builders - Mark Jennins.  Craig completed his 4000 hours and Trade Certificate.  After doing his overseas stint in Europe and the United Kingdom from 1991 - 1996 as a Builder, Craig returned to New Zealand and started Craig Read Building Limited in Auckland.

Craig was also part of the NZ Police Force for 6 years, then upon having a new family decided to make the lifestyle change to Wanaka and return to building.

Since 2005 Craig has become fully entrenched in the Wanaka lifestyle and community.
